CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman for a commercial Arden, NC project. The role leads a crew of 5–10 technicians, coordinates daily tasks with project teams, and ensures quality installation on an active jobsite.

The ideal candidate has proven foreman experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and is proficient with Procore and RFIs. Owning tools and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus, with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic valued.

We are looking for a strong leader who can manage crews, coordinate with project teams, and keep work moving efficiently on an active jobsite.
