CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman for a commercial Arden, NC project. The role leads a crew of 5–10 technicians, coordinates daily tasks with project teams, and ensures quality installation on an active jobsite.

The ideal candidate has proven foreman experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and is proficient with Procore and RFIs. Owning tools and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus, with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or Lead.
• Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity.
• Experience with Procore and RFIs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Must have own tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 5–10 HVAC technicians.
• Coordinate daily tasks and jobsite workflow.
• Communicate with project managers and field coordinators.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans.
• Oversee installation of HVAC systems and ensure quality standards.
• Utilize Procore and manage RFIs as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite.
