Job Overview

  • Location: Kingman, Arizona (Remote with 30% Travel Required within local region)

You will serve as a vital field specialist driving high-quality technical execution across residential and commercial HVAC projects. This role empowers you to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems while mentoring the next generation of apprentices in the field. How You Will Make An Impact
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues across diverse HVAC infrastructure.
  • Perform meticulous preventative maintenance routines on diverse heating and cooling equipment.
  • Handle specialized refrigerants in strict compliance with federal EPA guidelines and local safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate field service records, comprehensive work orders, and detailed parts usage metrics.
  • Communicate technical findings and clear repair recommendations directly to residential and commercial clients.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices to optimize overall field team operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of advanced HVAC systems, complex electrical controls, and specialized refrigeration cycles.
  • Proven ability to safely operate specialized diagnostic tools and heavy hand or power equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a dedicated commitment to maintaining a safe driving record.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in confined spaces or extreme temperatures.
  • EPA Section 608 Certification is strictly required for daily field duties.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated HVAC service experience in residential or commercial settings.
  • Valid NATE Certifications or equivalent technical credentials.
  • Experience servicing advanced commercial rooftop units, heavy boilers, chillers, or detailed refrigeration infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of commercial building automation systems and technical electrical controls.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
