American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring a Residential Journeyman HVAC Service Technician. This full-time, year-round role offers earnings potential over $130,000 per year based on performance, with a pay range of $20–$35 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 based on experience and interview for qualified KY journeyman license holders.

Location includes Cincinnati, Florence, Erlanger and surrounding areas; company-provided take-home vehicle may be included; benefits start after 31 days

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• KY Journeyman HVAC License required.
• EPA Certification required or able to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
