ARS-Rescue Rooter in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician. Earn $20-$35/hour with potential to exceed $130,000+ per year based on performance.

This full-time, year-round HVAC role includes insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical, dental, vision, an HSA/FSA, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and a take-home company vehicle with gas card. Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
