You will diagnose and repair residential systems and confidently recommend upgrades when appropriate, while earning lucrative commissions and bonuses. Qualifications

• 4+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
• Active HVAC license (apprentice or journeyman) required.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a range of HVAC issues.
• Sales-oriented with ability to upsell during service calls.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused attitude.
