The Jamar Company in Ashland, WI is seeking a Journeyman HVAC-R Technician to install, service, and optimize commercial and industrial systems. You’ll diagnose, repair, and improve performance with precision and pride.

Formación

• Completion of a one- or two-year technical program in HVAC Service/Technology.
• Must possess CFC/EPA Universal Certification.
• Proficient in HVAC-R equipment and techniques, with the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable industry standards.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergency on-call assignments as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally, ethically, and in alignment with our values and mission.
• Computer proficiency with the ability to learn and use a service software platform.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC-R systems for commercial and industrial customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components within HVAC-R systems.
• Interpret work orders and carry out tasks; enter/close work orders in the service software platform.
• Operate a variety of tools, equipment, and machines for daily operations.
• Request and requisition repair parts, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Perform all work in compliance with established safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.
• Take on additional assignments and responsibilities as needed.
• Consistently adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices.
