Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a skilled Journeyman HVAC professional for regional service across Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Greater Madison, WI. This direct-hire role focuses on high‑tonnage commercial and industrial systems, diagnostics, and proactive maintenance in a demanding field environment.

You will work weekday 1st shift, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer advisory, supported by a strong operations network.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman HVAC 1 Industrial Card and current union membership or willingness to enroll.
• 3+ years of commercial/industrial service experience.
• Strong knowledge of motor controls, wiring diagnostics, and building automation interfaces.
• Ability to safely climb ladders, traverse scaffolds, access rooftops, and work in restricted spaces.
• Clean driving record for regional service vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install high‑tonnage commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize performance and uptime.
• Diagnose electrical and controls faults; perform fault tracing and corrective actions.
• Perform system commissioning and validation to ensure zero‑callback quality.
• Advise facility leadership on technical solutions and secure approvals.
• Lead and mentor apprentices on site.
