Job summary

Pape’ Kenworth is seeking a Journeyman Body Shop Technician to join our team in Portland, OR. You will perform body work on medium and heavy-duty trucks, including washes, body repairs, and component installations, with a focus on quality and safety.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of diesel truck repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience performing repairs on all makes and models of diesel trucks.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record; CDL is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform body work on medium and heavy-duty class 6–8 trucks, including pre/post repair washes, bodywork, replacement of parts and installations on new trucks.
• Work Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, in a team with other trained technicians in a well-equipped body shop.
