Responsibilities

• Installs, evaluates and performs preventative maintenance on industrial food service equipment and service areas.
• Troubleshoots equipment and schedules contract work/repairs as needed.
• Performs minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC related tasks.
• Keeps equipment and areas in good condition; handles on-call emergencies as required.
• Interfaces with campus customers, vendors and university staff; maintains time entries and work documentation.
