Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, painting, plastering, asphalt and concrete work, and plumbing.
• Must possess and maintain a current Georgia CDL license (Class A) or CDL permit; must obtain license within 3 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and preventive maintenance and repair of MARTA buildings and support equipment.
• Repairs of fire lines, fans, pumps, and other support equipment located in rail tunnels.
• Uses tools such as jack hammers, generators, drills, compressors and/or other tools as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
