Job summary

ACE Consulting Group is seeking a Journeyman Engineer to support our Patuxent River, MD customer with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) casework. You will assist with coordinating meetings, preparing memos, and tracking tests and hazards under ITAR and SAMM guidelines.

The role requires 3–10 years of relevant engineering experience and a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one after assignment. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Three to ten years of relevant experience in engineering or STEM roles.
• ASc degree in engineering or STEM.
• Secret clearance required (clearance obtainable after assignment).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and host SAR Board meetings.
• Support ICWG meetings and track actions.
• Process and format Requests for Tests (RFT) and Engineering Memos.
• Maintain TER tracker and document closure.
• Follow up on Hazard Reports (HAZREPS) responses.
• Other duties as required.
