Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating Air, Inc. is building its new electrical division in the Twin Cities and seeks a licensed Journeyman Electrician who takes pride in craft and customer service. You’ll install residential systems and grow into service work as the division expands.

You’ll need strong diagnostic skills, a proactive, team-oriented mindset, and a clean driving record. MSP values family, reliability, and a “5-star” customer experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician with knowledge of local electrical codes.
• Experience with residential electrical installations.
• Interest in or experience with electrical service and repair a plus - this is where we’re headed.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to present solutions clearly and confidently to customers.
• Self-starter who thrives independently and as part of a team.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Professional presence with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical installations as the core of your day-to-day work.
• Support and grow into electrical service and repair calls as the division expands.
• Diagnose electrical issues and walk customers through their options clearly and honestly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Represent MSP with professionalism and the 5-star experience our customers expect.
