Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Valid Oregon Electrician license with 2-3 years of PLC troubleshooting experience is necessary.
• Physical exam clearance and passing background check after job offer are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with Maintenance staff and Lead Electrician.
• Ensure functionality of all electrical equipment.
• Comply with safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain electrical parts inventory and update logs.
• Schedule routine checks for malfunctions.
• Attend job training activities as required.

Skills

Good computer skills, PLC software, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to identify technical malfunctions in electrical units and PLC’s

Good understanding of PLC systems and modification capabilities

Sound understanding of electrical repair tools and equipment

Time management and coordination skills

Education

High School degree, diploma or GED equivalent

Current and valid OR General or Manufacturing Plant Electrician license

2 - 3 years of PLC troubleshooting and repair experience
