Job summary

Timber Products Company in White City, Oregon is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to coordinate maintenance activities with the Lead Electrician and contractors. You will ensure electrical equipment operates safely and efficiently to support production goals.

Responsibilities include reading and troubleshooting PLC programs, calibrating and maintaining electrical systems, keeping logs, and coordinating with maintenance and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and troubleshooting complex PLC programs.
• Ability to read electrical prints and schematics.
• Familiar with safety rules and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of Lead Electrician and Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure proper functionality of all electrical equipment in the facility.
• Read electrical prints and schedule routine checks.
• Maintain electrical parts inventories records and place orders for spare parts and equipment.
• Retain and update electrical repair and maintenance log.
• Attend job training activities.
• Coordinating work functions with co-workers and other organizational departments.
