Qualifications

• Proven experience as an electrician or journeyman level with certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled electrical maintenance per certification area.
• Participate in the snow removal plan including shoveling, salting, and related procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Department Supervisor.
• Read meters and report water usage.
• Install and maintain pipes and fittings and troubleshoot related systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electronic circuit boards on fixtures.
• Be available to respond 24/7 and work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
• Prioritize duties and document time records and work orders.
