DisplayMax, Inc. is seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team based in Howell, MI, with travel nationwide and a night-shift schedule. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for commercial/retail projects, lead a small field crew, and train apprentices.

Travel and on-site work are core aspects. The role requires a Michigan Journeyman Electrician license, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Michigan Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts (main schedule is nights).
• Solid understanding of NEC and applicable electrical codes.
• Ability to lead others and work independently on-site.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems (fixtures, receptacles, switches, wiring, panels).
• Lead a small field team on nationwide job sites, often during night shifts.
• Supervise and provide on-the-job training for apprentice electricians.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local, and state codes, as well as DisplayMax safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve electrical issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Organize tools, vehicles, and supplies.
• Support other job site tasks as needed.
