Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. seeks skilled electricians to lead installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will troubleshoot proactively and ensure work meets NEC and safety standards.

The position requires reading blueprints, bending conduit, working from ladders and lifts up to 90 feet, coordinating with team members, and adhering to lockout/tagout procedures. Journeyman license and OSHA knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in bending conduit and installing electrical equipment.
• Able to work at heights up to 90 ft and on various elevated platforms.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, lockout/tagout).

Responsibilities

• Report to assigned job site on time and maintain tools and materials.
• Mounts and installs conduit, wires, and hardware as directed.
• Interprets electrical construction drawings and terminates cables per schematics.
• Completes safety inspections and documents them.
• Trains and oversees Helpers and Apprentices on proper practices.
