Sustana Group in De Pere, WI is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to calibrate instrumentation and maintain electrical equipment in our mill. The role requires a Journeyman card and involves drive systems, PLCs, and control systems in a heavy industrial setting.
The successful candidate will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and boiler-related systems, and help select spare parts and upgrades while following safety and quality standards. Full-time, 6am–2pm, Mon–Fri.

Calibrate and change out instrumentation used to monitor process and equipment
Diagnose and fix electrical issues throughout our mill
Read and interpret blueprints , manufacture r manuals, and schematics
Can help spec out spare parts and necessary upgrades to electrical equipment and MCC’s
Help with other general maintenance tasks
Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
Working independently with minimal supervision
Understands and can work on drive systems and PLC’s
Experience with distributed control systems
Familiarity with industrial fire protection and sprinkler systems
Diagnose and repair, when possible, HVAC systems
Experience with industrial plumbing applications, including installation, maintenance, and repairs
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot boiler and steam systems
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $42/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm with fliexibility for down days and call-ins
