Job summary

EarthStream Global is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join a large-scale data center construction project on-site. This role focuses on commercial and industrial electrical installations, reading drawings, and ensuring safety and quality across all electrical trades.

Ideal candidates will have data center experience or hyperscale project exposure and a strong background in LV/MV systems, with the ability to work independently or as part of a coordinated team on a mission-critical

Qualifications

• Proven experience on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Experience with LV/MV electrical installations.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes.
• Install cable tray, conduit, trunking, and containment systems.
• Pull, terminate, and test power and control cables.
• Install switchgear, transformers, panels, UPS systems, and associated equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Support commissioning and energization activities.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades on site.
• Complete daily reports and documentation as required.

We are currently seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join a large-scale Data Center construction project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile mission-critical facility alongside leading contractors in the industry.

The successful candidates will have a strong background in commercial or industrial electrical installations and experience working on large-scale construction projects. Data Center experience is highly desirable.
