Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent and minimum of 4 years of experience is required.
• Must possess a Vermont State Journeyman License; Master Electrician level may be considered depending on qualifications.
• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment and safety procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical & instrumentation maintenance and installations including preventive, corrective, installations and emergency repairs on all equipment.
• Request downtime for maintenance with Production personnel.
• Analyze drawings and wiring diagrams to locate circuits and determine materials needed.
• Plan work with knowledge of electrical principles, wiring specs, codes, and materials.
• Locate trouble sources by tracing and testing circuits and inspecting operation.
