Electrical Solutions, Inc. seeks a Journeyman Electrician to work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects near Madison, WI. You will install conduit and lighting, read blueprints, lead crews of 2–5 electricians, and ensure OSHA and company safety standards are met.

Travel is required; home each night. Compensation includes merit-based pay, profit sharing, overtime, and a yearly bonus, with comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Journeyman’s license is required.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or 8,000 hours of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and layout conduit systems, lighting, and basic control feeders.
• Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections.
• Analyze blueprints for jobsites and anticipate equipment needs.
• Lead crews of 2–5 electricians and enforce jobsite safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and on-site support.
• Complete designs and surveys in the field and troubleshoot issues.

Duties

• Install and lay out conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems feeders
• Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections
• Analyze blueprints for jobsites
• Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training
• Complete a job layout for projects of various sizes
• Lead crews of 2-5 electricians
• Enforce jobsite safety
• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete designs and surveys in the field
• Take service calls and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Enforce a safe jobsite and maintain compliance with all OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements

Qualifications
