Blue Horizon Energy is seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our construction team across Minnesota. You will lead electrical work on solar, battery storage, and EV projects, supervising apprentices and coordinating with other trades.

Travel is a part of the role, with relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates. This is a full-time, year-round position in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area, offering strong growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license is required.
• 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Knowledge of NEC code and electrical safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Blue Horizon Energy is seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our high-performing construction team. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge solar energy, battery storage, and EV charging projects across Minnesota. As a Journeyman Electrician, you’ll lead project-level electrical construction work alongside apprentices and other tradespeople, helping us build sustainable, high-performance systems for commercial, industrial, and utility clients. Travel is a part of this role—ideal candidates should be comfortable working on projects across state lines.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License (Master license welcome).
• 5 years' experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.
• Knowledge of NEC code and electrical safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and related equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to travel.
• Solar experience is preferred, but not required.
