Blue Horizon Energy is seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our construction team across Minnesota. You will lead electrical work on solar, battery storage, and EV projects, supervising apprentices and coordinating with other trades.

Travel is a part of the role, with relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates. This is a full-time, year-round position in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area, offering strong growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license is required.
• 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Knowledge of NEC code and electrical safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction for solar, battery, and EV projects.
• Supervise apprentices and technicians on-site.
• Interpret blueprints and site plans.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and safety standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools for construction tasks.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality goals.
