Position Summary:
As a Journeyman Licensed Electrician, you will manage residential electrical projects, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction. With our new compensation structure, your earning potential increases with your skills and experience. You'll work with cutting-edge electrical technology, including AI-driven tools, and receive continuous hands-on training to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize home electrical systems.
• Install, maintain, and fix residential electrical equipment and wiring.
• Diagnose electrical issues, assess conditions, and recommend repairs.
• Perform safety inspections to ensure home systems are compliant.
• Identify materials and quantities needed for residential projects.
• Use the Straightforward Pricing Guide to present options and conduct inspections.
• Install and repair lighting, outlets, switches, and EV chargers in homes.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and system tune-ups for residential systems.
• Ensure all work complies with residential safety codes and standards.
• Mentor junior electricians, guiding them in home electrical work.
• Communicate with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and clear understanding.
• Use modern tools and technology for efficient residential electrical work.
• Submit detailed work orders, including photos for proper documentation.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory for residential jobs.
• Care for company vehicle, fuel, and ensure tablets are up-to-date.
• Stay informed on the latest residential electrical trends through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Required).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug and background check (Required).
• Some experience as a Journeyman Electrician in Residential Services.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Availability for some nights and weekends (rotating schedule).
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with electrical equipment and hand tools.
