General Summary
You will report directly to the Construction Manager and work closely with them to learn the installation process at Good Faith Energy for solar systems. Flexibility is essential, as you may work on solar-only jobs or charger installations. Good Faith Energy Electricians are problem-solving professionals capable of handling various tasks. We are a team and a family, supporting each other to achieve our goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Must be fully qualified to work with Project Management to understand and evaluate scheduled electrical work to ensure timely project completion.
Must perform all duties associated with the Crew Lead position and additional responsibilities.
Must evaluate site assessment images and communicate with the PM and Design team regarding necessary changes, documenting these changes accordingly.
Maintain tools and materials to adapt to field challenges, including utility shutdowns.
Communicate effectively with city inspectors.
Maintain a 90% or higher pass rate on electrical equipment installations and keep service calls due to installation quality below 10%.
Cross-train and develop crew members, supporting solar installation crews and supervising electrical apprentices to ensure quality and safety.
Possess the required personal tools of the trade as specified in the 'minimum required personal tools of the trade.'
During the first 90 days, learn to install Tesla Powerwall with Enphase solar systems, culminating in a proficiency test to install a complete system independently.
Attend all meetings and conference calls, perform in alignment with company core values, and maintain confidentiality.
Provide excellent customer service, adhere to OSHA and safety guidelines, demonstrate teamwork, and follow all policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Work environment involves outdoor and indoor work, including attics and small spaces. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, pulling, and lifting up to 75 lbs for 8-10 hours daily.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman License
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA 10 certification
- Ability to operate a company truck and heavy equipment (trencher, man lift, forklift)
- Proficiency in safety gear use and working at heights
- CPR certification
- Ability to read and understand installation manuals
- Effective communication skills, including documentation and quality checks during installations
