Are you ready to make an impactful difference for generations to come? Nwestco is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Dublin, CA. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $30/hr, with increases based on experience, along with benefits, PTO, and a 401(k).

Your Mission:

• Work with electrical aspects of fuel dispensers, pumps, and service station equipment (Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Red Jacket, etc.) and retail POS systems (VeriFone, Passport).
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and California Electrical Code.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and manage materials and tools effectively.

What You Bring:

• Valid California Journeyman Electrician certification or near completion.
• Proven experience in commercial electrical work.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and familiarity with safety requirements.
• Availability Monday-Friday with weekend flexibility.

Additional Requirements:

• Travel and overnight stays may be required; expenses covered by Nwestco.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and physical.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record over the past 5 years.
• Position is safety-sensitive, requiring drug testing including marijuana as per federal regulations.
