JOB SUMMARY
- Respond to electrical trouble calls throughout the Clinton and Devens facilities, inspecting and repairing a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, power distribution, smoke and fire detectors, security alarms, and automation systems.
- Install new complete electrical circuits from bus bar or other sources to equipment or other points of operation, including:
- Cutting, bending, threading, installing conduit, using PVC & EMT, and Flex Material.
- Read and execute electrical drawings (e.g., pull and tag/land wire).
- Mount electrical panels, switchgear, and motor control centers.
- Perform basic electrical checks such as continuity tests, grounding faults, and OHM tests.
- Prepare electrical projects, layout materials, and tools.
- Follow basic electrical and low/high voltage instructions.
- Obtain necessary permits for electrical and fire safety installations when required.
- Safely perform all functions of this position, adhering to safety guidelines such as PPE, LO-TO, and job hazard analysis.
- Collaborate with project management to create scope of work and coordinate contractors for project execution.
- Maintain departmental logs and records, including labor documentation.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with maintenance department colleagues, contractors, and vendors.
- Adhere to all Jabil core values, property, and department standards.
- Hold a current Massachusetts electrical license.
- Respond to emergency calls outside regular hours on a rotating schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including understanding HVAC operation and utilizing BMS for troubleshooting.

Knowledge Requirements
- Working knowledge of typical industrial instrumentation, including calibration and configuration.
- Knowledge of PLC programming.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction and ensuring team compliance.
- Proficiency in electrical software platforms for programming.
- Proficiency in PC office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Six Sigma training or certification is preferred.
- Customer service mindset and sound business acumen.

- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Project and team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of SDI, Mobile, and Water industries.
