Strata Innovative Solutions Inc seeks an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical work, especially within oil and gas facilities.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, read drawings, work with PLCs, and ensure compliance with NEC and safety standards while advancing projects on site with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Journeyman Electrician certification.
• 3+ years of industrial electrical experience (oil & gas preferred).
• Strong understanding of automation and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with PLC systems, automation controls, and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of NEC (or applicable electrical code).
• Ability to travel to job sites and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.

• Install and terminate conduit, cable tray, motors, control panels, and instrumentation.

Good overall vision, with or without correction, is vital, including accurately distinguishing colors for wiring and safety signals.Adequate hearing is necessary for safety reasons, particularly in environments with machinery and equipment where hearing auditory alarms and signals is crucial.Technicians may need to access various locations within a facility, including climbing ladders, navigating tight spaces, and working at heights or in confined areas.Willingness to work in diverse conditions is necessary, as technicians may be exposed to dust, noise, heat, cold, and outdoor weather conditions.Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, hard hats, and, in some cases, respirators.Able to drive to customer job sites
