Job summary

Strata Innovative Solutions Inc. seeks a seasoned Industrial Electrical Construction professional to lead field projects in the oil and gas sector.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from estimating to closeout, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple crews, subcontractors, and vendors. The role requires 5+ years of industrial electrical construction experience, a Master Electrician license (PMP preferred), and strong NEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of Industrial Electrical Construction experience.
• 2+ years as Project/Crew Lead for Electrical Construction project in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Master Electrician License preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Electrical Estimating experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (or applicable electrical code).

Responsibilities

• Lead Industrial Electrical Construction jobs, primarily in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Oversee project lifecycle: estimating support, planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and scope clarity.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• This is a field position, presence is required during construction operations.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
