Job summary

Piper Electric Co., Inc., a Crete United Company, seeks a skilled Industrial Electrician with an active Colorado Journeyman Electrician Card to join our Denver-area team. We emphasize safety, fair treatment, and lifetime career opportunities across North and South Colorado.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, NEC-compliant wiring, installing raceways, troubleshooting, and maintaining field production.

Qualifications

• Colorado Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and NEC-compliant layouts.
• Knowledge of NEC wiring methods and raceways.

Responsibilities

• Layout rooms with NEC devices, luminaires and control.
• Install raceways and wiring per NEC standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring and systems.
• Adapt to daily site changes and multi-site mobilization.

Industrial Electrician Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Must have full and complete knowledge of how to best interpret and read project blueprint drawings.
• Must have the ability to layout any room or area with NEC compliant devices, luminaires and control.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of how to install all raceways and adhere to NEC compliant wiring methods.
• Must be comfortable working with your hands and a variety of tools.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair existing electrical wiring and systems.
• Must be self motivated and show great initiative.
• Daily Job Site Flexibility – Ability to adapt to daily changes and mobilize to multiple job sites as needed.
• Educated on NEC compliance. Ensure installation efficiencies and standards.
• Production – Monitor and manage field production and implement paths to improvement.
• Quality vs. Quantity.
• Best Practices – Improve processes & policies in support of Company goals.
• Monitor adherence to current policies.
• Safety – Lead by example. Enforce and promote all company safety policies and standards.

We perform New Construction, Oil Field and Service work - year round and our projects are in North CO, South CO and all over Denver.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
