Job summary

Integrity Heating & Cooling LLC is seeking an experienced commercial electrical technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems across New Mexico, including Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

Qualifications

• Two+ years hands-on commercial electrical experience including low-voltage work.
• Valid New Mexico EE-98J journeyman electrical license.
• Experience running conduit and pulling wire for commercial low-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, troubleshooting, and system operation.
• Experience installing CCTV surveillance and electronic door access control systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Awareness of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Ability to travel to commercial sites across New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial low-voltage systems and connections.
• Install and service CCTV cameras and access control equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and verify operation with test equipment.
• Coordinate with team members to complete installation and service projects.
• Adhere to electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Document project work and communicate updates to the team.

Your New Role

• Location: Commercial customer sites across New Mexico, including Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

• Focus on commercial low-voltage systems, including running conduit and pulling wire for security, access control, and building control applications.

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial low-voltage systems and related connections.

• Diagnose low-voltage circuit issues and system malfunctions.

• Install and service CCTV surveillance cameras and electronic door access control systems.

• Work with commercial building controls and related security equipment.

• Read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Test equipment, verify system operation, and resolve performance issues.

• Coordinate with team members to complete low-voltage installation and service projects.

• Follow applicable electrical codes and workplace safety procedures.

• Communicate project updates and maintain accurate service documentation.

• At least two years of hands‑on commercial electrical experience, including low‑voltage systems.

• Valid New Mexico EE-98J journeyman electrical license.

• Experience running conduit and pulling wire for commercial low‑voltage systems.

• Knowledge of low‑voltage wiring, electrical troubleshooting, and system operation.

• Experience installing and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance and electronic door access control systems.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and travel to commercial job sites throughout New Mexico.

• Availability for occasional weekend and after‑hours assignments.

• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.

• Experience with Verkada security cameras or access control systems preferred but not required.
