Job summary

First Rate Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling in Albuquerque seeks an Experienced Electrical Technician to service and install electrical equipment for our HVAC-focused team. The role requires the ability to read schematics and work with safety as a priority.

You will work Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week, with a take-home company vehicle and professional development opportunities. We provide full medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least two years of electrical field experience.
• HVAC-related electrical work experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Electrical license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, install, and troubleshoot electrical equipment.
• Identify electrical problems and determine the appropriate repair or solution.
• Perform wiring, connections, replacements, and electrical installations.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of completed work.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe.
• Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Pay Range: $25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week
