About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. We are hiring candidates from 4th or 5th year apprentice level up to Journeymen. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes.

The majority of our projects involve commercial electrical work, sitework, and panel lighting jobs.

We also offer options to travel for work.

Pay:

• $27.66 - $40.68 hourly, based on experience
• An additional $32 per hour for benefit pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures
• Diagnose electrical problems using specialized testing devices
• Ensure systems are installed in accordance with code and safety regulations
• Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for repair
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications
• Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople on job sites
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of job status, progress, and issues
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification
• Valid electrician license or certification
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
