Don Selvy Enterprises, Inc. (DSE) seeks a Journeyman IT Specialist to support DoD IT operations at NAS Patuxent River, Lexington Park, MD. The role emphasizes hands-on IT support, CMMC familiarity, and DoD cybersecurity alignment.

The candidate should have 3+ years in IT support, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and be onsite 100% of the time. Excellent documentation and compliance focus are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience is required.
• At least three years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Familiarity with CMMC Level 1 or NIST 800-171 is preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and AD environments.
• Strong documentation and compliance recordkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support for Windows laptops and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, device configuration, and troubleshooting in Intune/Azure AD.
• Maintain IT assets, patch logs, and change records.
• Support CMMC Level 2 practices and secure configuration management.
• Help update security docs like SSPs and POA&Ms.
• Collaborate to ensure DoD cybersecurity compliance.
