Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to support the operation and maintenance of a large commercial facility in Fairfax, VA.

You will maintain and repair plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and perform code-compliant repairs. Hours are 8 per day, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime; compensation ranges from $32 to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Journeyman License is required.
• EPA 608 (Universal CFC) certification required.
• Commercial plumbing experience in facilities preferred.
• Experience with Pro-Press, PVC, copper and cast-iron repairs.
• Ability to identify leaks and troubleshoot plumbing systems.
• Experience operating a K-50 snake.
• Experience using a drain camera for line inspection.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems including sinks, toilets, and associated piping.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, and performance issues; troubleshoot to root cause.
• Perform piping repairs using Pro-Press, PVC, copper, and cast-iron methods.
• Operate drain cleaning equipment including a K-50 snake and a plumbing camera to support diagnosis and planning.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Plumber to support the operation and maintenance of a commercial facility in Northern VA, (Fairfax).

Schedule

• Hours: 8 hrs per day (40 hrs per week with posibility of overtime)

• Days: Tuesday-Saturday - 2nd shift 2:00 pm-10:30 pm

• Compensation: $35-$45

Position SummaryMaintain and repair commercial building plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and perform corrective repairs to ensure reliable service and code-compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems including sinks, toilets/commodes, and associated piping.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, and performance issues; troubleshoot to root cause.
• Perform piping repairs using Pro-Press, PVC, copper, and cast iron repair methods.
• Operate drain cleaning equipment including a K-50 (or equivalent) snake.
• Operate a plumbing camera for drain inspections and support accurate diagnosis and repair planning.

You Should Have
