Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to support maintenance of a commercial facility in the Fairfax, VA area. You will diagnose issues, repair piping, and ensure code-compliant operation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Journeyman License and EPA 608, with hands-on experience in Pro-Press, PVC, copper and cast iron; you will use a drain camera and a K-50 snake to inspect and fix problems. Evening 2nd shift available, overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Journeyman License required.
• EPA 608 (Universal CFC) required.
• Experience in commercial plumbing for facilities or similar environments.
• Ability to inspect for leaks and clogs, troubleshoot plumbing systems.
• Experience operating a K-50 snake and drain camera.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems including sinks, toilets, and pipes.
• Inspect systems for leaks, clogs, and performance issues; troubleshoot root causes.
• Repair using Pro-Press, PVC, copper, and cast iron methods.
• Operate drain cleaning equipment and a plumbing camera for inspection.
