Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a Journeyman Plumber for commercial service plumbing and gasfitting in the Fairfax area. Responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing and gas systems in office buildings, with a Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm schedule and overtime as needed.

Requirements include a State Journeyman license, Backflow and WSSC certifications, and at least five years in service plumbing. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license in Plumbing.
• WSSC certification is a big plus.
• Backflow Certification is a Requirement.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Minimum of five years of plumbing experience in a service role.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and ascend ladders up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plumbing systems as required.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for repairs.
• Interface with building managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document work on trouble tickets or work orders.
• Install and repair water supply and drainage systems.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings; pipe fitting.
