Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) seeks a skilled Journeyman Plumber to support operations at a large commercial facility in Northern VA (Fairfax). The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime, and pays $32–$35 an hour.

Maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems, inspect for leaks, perform piping repairs, and operate drain-cleaning equipment. EPA 608 certified, Journeyman license required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman License and EPA 608 required.
• Commercial plumbing exp. preferred; knowledge of Pro-Press, PVC, copper and cast-iron repair.
• Experience operating a K-50 snake and drain camera.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems.
• Inspect for leaks/clogs and troubleshoot root causes.
• Perform piping repairs using Pro-Press, PVC, copper and cast-iron.
• Operate drain cleaning equipment including a K-50 snake.
• Use a plumbing camera for drain inspections and planning.
