Job summary
Complete Building Services (CBS), a division of The Donohoe Companies, seeks a Journeyman-certified plumber for commercial service work in Fairfax, VA. You will install, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, gas fitting, and backflow systems in office buildings and government facilities, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and overtime as needed.
Qualifications include a Journeyman plumber license, at least five years of service experience, WSSC certification (a big plus), backflow
Qualifications
- Journeyman plumbing license required.
- Backflow certification is a requirement.
- WSSC certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial service plumbing and gasfitting.
- Install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing systems in offices and commercial buildings.
- Conduct inspections and document work on trouble tickets or work orders.
- Interact with building managers and client representatives to ensure satisfaction.
- Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings; pipe fitting and testing.
