Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and related trades.
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures.
• Ability to work with precision and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements.
• Ability to read basic drawings and plans.
• Ability to perform measurements and calculations.
• Comfort with working at heights.
• Follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Constructs wooden structures per blueprints or verbal instructions.
• Reads blueprints and plans to determine materials and dimensions.
• Prepares layout of forms and fixtures.
• Uses hand and power tools to shape materials.
• Measures and marks materials accurately for cutting.
• Assembles components and installs fixtures.
• Erects scaffolding and supports as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance and site cleanup.
