Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed a four-year apprenticeship and/or equivalent skill/work experience.
• Minimum four years as a journey-level plumber/pipefitter.
• Thorough knowledge of local, state, and plumbing codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, alter, maintain, and repair campus plumbing systems in RSSP buildings.
• Plan methods for installation and repair on piping systems.
• Prepare isometric drawings with measurements and materials.
• Fabricate campus piping components.
• Install and repair gas lines, domestic water heating, sewer and vent systems.
• Follow safety policies and communicate with campus community.
