YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking an Associate Wellness Director to supervise the development and implementation of designated wellness programs. The role reports to the Director of Wellness and works with staff, members and program participants to foster engaging health initiatives.

Under the direction of the Director of Wellness, and under the guidance of the Associate Executive Director, the Associate Wellness Director will supervise the development and implementation of designated wellness programs of the YMCA. This position is primarily responsible for working with our staff, our members and program participants on the front line (approximately 80% time spent in frontline duties and 20% in coordination/ administrative duties). Also included is the daily supervision of Wellness staff to ensure proper training, consistent coverage of programs, and excellent member service.
