Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is hiring a Financial Controlling Services Manager to lead finance operations across Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury for a joint venture.

You will drive IFRS-compliant reporting, internal controls, and governance while partnering with auditors and service providers. You will oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closes and provide actionable financial insights to stakeholders to support growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial controlling, reporting, audit or treasury.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and reporting requirements.
• Experience leading month-end close, audits, and reporting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controlling and reporting for a dynamic sales JV.
• Oversee Accounting, AR, AP, and Treasury operations with strong internal controls.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant, timely financial reporting and governance.
