Job summary

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Joint Training Requirement Specialist to support 54 states and territories in the Joint Training System. Based at Fort Bragg, NC, you will contribute to training readiness analysis within NGB-J37 and coordinate with JTS, JTIMS, JELC, JLLIS, and DRRS.

Responsibilities include workshops, OC/T duties, and developing MTAs, JTPs, TOs, and TPAs while supporting JELC and state/JFHQ training plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
10+ years’ of relevant experience, including experience with National Guard Bureau and four phases of the Joint Training System.
Instructing large group workshops at Senior Leadership level.
Knowledge of DRRS, JTIMS, JLLIS, JELC, and Joint Training Plans.

Responsibilities

Prepare and conduct workshops and trainings to improve joint training readiness.
Demonstrate high competence with all phases of the Joint Training System (requirements, planning, execution, assessment).
Serve as an Observer, Controller, Trainer (OC/T) during exercises or training events.
Support state/territory hosted training exercises and events.
Develop Mission Training Assessments (MTA) and JMETs.
Update and complete JTPs, TOs, and Training Performance Assessments (TPA).
Support JELC development and J/AMETL tasks for states/territories.
