Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with the National Guard Bureau.
• Experience with the four phases of the Joint Training System.
• Experience instructing senior leadership workshops.
• Joint Training Plan development experience.
• Familiarity with DRRS, JTIMS, JLLIS, JELC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct workshops and trainings to improve joint training readiness.
• Support JTS training phases: requirements, planning, execution, assessment.
• Serve as Observer/Controller/Trainer (OC/T) during exercises.
• Support state/territory hosted training exercises or events.
• Develop Mission Training Assessments and JMETs.
• Update JTPs, develop training objectives and TPAs.
• Support JELC development and JTS/JELC processes for 54 JFHQs.
• Assist in developing J/AMETLs for subordinate organizations.
