Job summary

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Joint Training Requirement Specialist to support National Guard Bureaus J37 and regional training initiatives. The role focuses on readiness analysis, JTS integration, and joint training lifecycle management across Gulf Coast and Southern states.

Responsibilities include conducting workshops, serving OC/T during exercises, and developing MTAs, TOs, and TPAs while coordinating with JFHQ components and J/AMETL tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience including with the National Guard Bureau.
  • Experience with the four phases of the Joint Training System.
  • Ability to instruct small group workshops at senior leadership level.
  • Must hold a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the 54 States and Territories and NG organizations within the JTS training system.
  • Prepare and conduct workshops or trainings to improve joint training readiness.
  • Operate as OC/T during exercises or training events.
  • Develop MTAs, TOs, and TPA, and support JELC development.
  • Assist in developing JFHQ state/territory Joint Training Plans and J/AMETLs.
