Job summary

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Joint Training Requirement Specialist to support national guard training readiness across multiple states east of the Mississippi River.

The role requires DoD systems experience (DRRS, JTIMS, JLLIS), senior leadership workshop instruction, and security clearance. Travel and OC/T duties are involved; a relevant bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship required for national defense related work.
  • Active Secret security clearance is required.
  • Experience with the National Guard Bureau and Joint Training System.
  • Instructing senior leadership workshops and training sessions.
  • Knowledge of Mission Training Assessments and Training Proficiency Assessments.
  • Experience developing Joint Training Plans and TO/TPA artifacts.
  • Familiarity with DRRS, JTIMS and JLLIS systems.
  • Must be able to operate as OC/T during exercises.

Responsibilities

  • Support the 54 states/territories and NG organizations in the Joint Training System.
  • Prepare and conduct workshops to improve joint training readiness.
  • Develop MTAs and support JMET development.
  • Update JTPs, TOs, and TPA; assist in JELC development.
  • Serve as OC/T during exercises and training events.
  • Assist in developing JFHQ state/territory Joint Training Plans.
