LifeBridge Health's Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Joint Replacement Surgeon to join a growing practice. You will work with a specialized team on hip and knee procedures, participate in teaching residents, and engage in research with robust infrastructure.

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Completion of Hip and Knee Joint Replacement Fellowship.
• Ability to obtain Maryland Medical License without restrictions.
• Current DEA license.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Passion for education, program building, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics (RIAO) at LifeBridge Health is actively recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Joint Replacement Surgeon to join our expanding practice in Baltimore, MD to support growing patient demand. RIAO is a leader in innovative joint preservation and replacement techniques and is home to a highly specialized team of orthopedic experts.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of Hip and Knee Joint Replacement Fellowship

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $450-500K. The base salary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience, with opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives
