Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Joint Replacement Surgeon to join a growing practice. You will work with a specialized team on hip and knee procedures, participate in teaching residents, and engage in research with robust infrastructure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Completion of Hip and Knee Joint Replacement Fellowship.
• Ability to obtain Maryland Medical License without restrictions.
• Current DEA license.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Passion for education, program building, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Join a world-class orthopedic team focused on total joint replacement and complex revision surgeries.
• Academic involvement: teaching orthopedic surgery residents and didactics.
• Research support with access to dedicated infrastructure and grant opportunities.
• Provide competitive salary and benefits; participate in productive practice and incentives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sports, trauma, spine, and pediatrics.
• Contribute to call schedule with four days per month and potential additional call.
